Persona AI is an entertainment service for chatting with AI-generated characters. Every character on this platform — whether from our roster or created by a user — is entirely fictional and generated by artificial intelligence. They are not real people. They don't have feelings, lives, or opinions outside the conversation.

Nothing any character says is professional advice — not medical, not legal, not psychological, not financial. If you need that kind of help, please talk to an actual human professional. Persona AI is not a substitute for real relationships or real support.

You must be 18 years old or older to use Persona AI. By signing in, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect or store information from anyone under 18.

Accounts are created through Google Sign-In. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Don't share your access with others. If you notice anything that looks wrong, let us know.

You own the characters you create and the content you write. By creating a public character, you grant us a limited license to host it, display it to other users, and use it to operate the service. This license exists solely to run Persona AI — we don't claim ownership of your creative work.

Public characters are visible to all users of the platform. If you want a character to be private, set it to private in the character settings. Private characters are only accessible to you.

You agree not to use Persona AI to:

• Create or distribute content that is illegal in your jurisdiction
• Impersonate real, living people in ways that are deceptive or that could cause harm to them or others
• Create any content that sexualizes, targets, exploits, or involves minors in any way — this is an absolute restriction with no exceptions
• Harass, threaten, or target other users of the platform

We can remove content or accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

This section is effective when purchases launch — credits are not currently available.

When credits become available for purchase, they will have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We'll update this section with complete terms before enabling purchases.

Persona AI is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, character behavior, or the availability of any specific feature. We may change, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We'll try to give reasonable notice for changes that significantly affect you.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
